Hello there!

My name is Michi. It’s my real-life nickname but my friends and family also call me with a variety of nicknames. I am blessed with an uncommon and hard-to-pronounce real name. I used to hate it in grade school but has eventually come to love years later. I’m 20 years old and counting, April is my birth month and Aries is my zodiac sign. I’m Filipino and a full-time college student at a state university. I’m very shy and I’m not really one who loves speaking in front of a crowd. Yes, I easily get stage fright. It’s very funny though because I actually laugh and talk a lot when surrounded by people I know. I speak both Filipino and English. I’m also currently learning how to speak German, thanks to my required 12 units of foreign language. Cooking is also something I love doing, thanks to my mother’s side of the family.

I have this huge thing for musicals. Whether it’s musical theater, a movie musical or a television musical, it really doesn’t matter to me. In most cases, I enjoy and love the musicals I see but there are also exceptions to that. Besides musicals, my other loves include art, books, music (anything but heavy metal), movies (I can settle for anything whether it’s drama, chick flick, comedy, romantic comedy, etc.), TV shows (I’m not much of a couch potato though. I only watch a handful of shows.), a good cup of chai tea latte from The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (Amusingly, my friends hate chai tea latte.), coffee, iced tea, gummy candies, chocolates, Apple products, shoes, jeans, T-shirts, webdesign and fanlistings. Another thing which I think you should know is that I spend too much time on Twitter than in any other social networking site. I also give names to gadgets that are dear to me. My MacBook is named Machenzie while my iPod is Mr. Poddy (because I couldn’t think of anything decent at that time).
