Thank goodness for Project 365! It really proved to be very helpful in times like these when you’ve already forgotten what you did the past two weeks. Since I did not create a separate Tumblr account for my photos, I think it’s a good idea to post them here every once in a while.
The following photos are from January 10 to January 24, 2010:

My family and I went to Quiapo Church (Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene) for Sunday Mass. The Feast of the Black Nazarene had just concluded so a lot of people were there.

Photo no. 3. Taken on January 3, 2010.
This year, I’ve started doing Project 365. It was something I wanted to do ever since I got my digital camera last March 2009. Although in some cases, it doesn’t matter whether you start on your birthday or some other day, I still think it’s better to start on the first day of the year because it gives you a nice visual summary of the year that was especially when you do those year-end posts.
So far, I’ve taken 7 pictures already, all of which you can find in my Flickr account. I haven’t installed flickrRSS yet in the sidebar because I’m planning of working on a new layout for the site soon. Once I’m done working on it, that’s the time I’ll install the plugin. And because Krissy wanted me to post some of the pictures here, I’ve decided that I’m going to use one of them as the entry picture every time I post a real-life update.

It’s Day 1 of 2010 and among the things I’ve done so far today is continue re-installing programs in my laptop. I reformatted my hard drive yesterday just in time for 2010. I haven’t done that to my laptop in the more than 2 years that I’ve had it. I still have no Adobe Photoshop as of this moment as I’m planning of upgrading my previously installed CS3 version to CS4.
Today actually felt like any other day except that I feel different. I feel more hopeful and motivated. I don’t usually do new year’s resolutions because I always end up not following them but this year I suddenly feel like making them. Despite knowing that there’s this possibility of me not following them at one point within the year, I still think it’s a step forward for me to do some changes in my life through baby steps.
